"I contracted with Grant Heating & Cooling Inc. to install HVAC system in my home in the spring of 2024. They were very professional and did a very good job. In the winter of 2025 I had a minor problem with one of the Mitsubishi heat pump system units. The company was quick to troubleshoot the situation. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable about the system and thorough. It required several visits to diagnose the problem and fix it. The manager, Nick was very responsive to the situation which required bringing out an expert from Mitsubishi. All of this work was covered under my warranty. The problem was fixed and I could not speak highly enough about the company’s policies and customer service. I would highly recommend them for all facets of their work and standing behind their installations. I am very happy to be working with them for my continued maintenance. "I think the quality was extremely satisfactory if there's anything that we found that we were not happy with, they are very responsive and will rectify everything to our satisfaction. Mike as the primary contractor they used other contractors for select basis of the construction like demolition, electrical, plumbing and sheetrock spackle, we're satisfied with all of them as well, they were very professional and accommodating. Mike used consumers kitchen and bath as the supplier of the kitchen cabinets and countertops for which we are also satisfied, The overall finished product has resulted a modern update of our kitchen in which we are extremely proud of and we would definitely recommend Quest Home and Office Renovation for a remodel of another consumers kitchen."
