When it comes down to it, we’re not sales people and no one likes to be sold. Our goal as home improvement experts is to inform you of the products we offer and how we can be of service, so that you can make an educated decision that you can live with and we can stand behind. With our simple no BS approach, our objective is to be up front and honest with every client, earn your respect, and offer outstanding customer service that is second to no one and Jim guarantees that! We are fully licensed (CS-107322) & Home Improvement Contractors (178728) and carry $1M-$2M in liability insurance.
"We started out dealing with one of the sales reps John Fossetti. Great experience. He told us about the company, about the products, had samples and a huge selection of siding to choose from. He was very open and answered all of our questions. After several consultations with many companies we knew Beantown was for us. We scheduled siding replacement for our entire house as well as new window replacement for all windows - 24 of them and a new slider. They were very professional and their crew was excellent. The windows had all new construction around them and we got ProVia windows that carry a lifetime warranty. They removed all of the old siding, fixed any rotten or damaged areas, wrapped the entire house to waterproof it and hung new siding, trim, gutters and gutter guards. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Our house looks new again! Jim Ewell the project manager was great to work with. He was very supportive, professional and answered all of our questions. Both he and John were a pleasure to work with. Also, their office staff were very helpful as well. Beantown went above and beyond for us and were so reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! I would definitely use them again for any future projects!"
