"It went great!
They found the problem right away.  Around the Chimney the caulking had cracked, and they repaired that.  As far as the back of the house with the two bedrooms, they found that the people who installed the roofing as well as the siding had attached their ladders/supports to the roof with nails, and never bothered to re-seal these holes up!!!  Not good since it caused some damage to the ceiling.
Great job!  I would highly recommend again!

"We have used JMS in the past and were very happy to hire John and his crew back for an additional job. We have been slowly renovating our basement to make a large play-area/entertainment space. We did some of the work ourselves but had JMS come in to frame, plumb, and finish a bathroom and do all the drywalling, taping and mudding for the entire space. He did some framing for a specialty door and installed a baseboard heater and finished all the trim around 3 windows. John is great in working with the homeowners in delivering just what they want. He always spells out exactly the work that is intended and itemizes the bill so that we could work with him on items we could take care of ourselves. He has always started the work within 2-5 days of accepting the estimate. His guys are friendly, professional and talented and they always leave the space cleaner than when they arrived. John stays in close contact with us to ensure that everything is to our liking and we rarely have to wait more than an hour or two for an e-mail response to a question. We will always turn to JMS first for all future projects.

"We hired Richard to finish our basement and it was a pleasure working with him and his team from start to finish. When we moved into our house, we immediately knew we wanted to finish our basement. To do this, we also knew that we had to deal with our old, not to code, basement stairs. When contractors came to give quotes, most told us that the stairs would be an issue, and one contractor even told us it was impossible (and that it wasn’t worth finishing the basement). "Went well.  The torrential rains the following week revealed that the upper end of driveway near garage needed to put built up a bit more to keep the rain from puddling.   The guys came back a week later, after the rain stopped and build up the driveway.   They burnt the tar to blend it into the existing driveway.  
The driveway is a difficult one to do.   There is absolutely no grade to work with - it all had to be built up.  
TMC was the only company who said they could do the driveway with out a drainage system.   All the other contractors would not consider it.    We did not want the drainage system because it does not work.  We are all ledge and granite underneath.
Looks beautiful!!!   Will definitely have them back to do other work."
