I paid for an hour of his time. I did call after two weeks to check on the progress. It turns out the parts had come in but Mr. Handyman was not notified. The next day, Nate came and installed the new new gable vents. It took an hour and a half to install the three of them. They look great. I was happy and would use Mr Handyman again. I felt the price was fair for the quality work done. It included all parts, labor and time."

They gave us an option of coming out to take a look on Saturday or waiting until Monday to come with the part needed. We chose to wait until Monday. They called to confirm, they called to let us know when they would be here and the estimated price. They came when they said they would, did the repair, cleaned up and was gone in under half an hour. Dave Condin was the final person who came to do quality control. He is an amazing and talented person. He is fun to talk with and seems to be the ultimate problem solver.

A week after the installation we are now facing a heat wave, and I can already see the benefits of this program. My house does not heat up because of the attic. The air conditioning runs less frequently, and the house seem far more comfortable.

The best part is that PEPCO agrees to a rebate off the cost of the installation. This makes the process and unbelievable bargain.

"The service provided was excellent.  The provider was prompt, took a look at the damage, and described exactly what was needed as far as what work and materials would be required.  As the work went on, I was informed of the progress, and what kind of hidden damage was uncovered.  The window sill and wall look as good as new, and you would never be able to tell that any work had been required at all.  I would certainly recommend the service provider and we intend on using him in the future
