I decided to have Sam do the job because he clearly communicated what needed to be done and the price was reasonable. Before starting each day Sam text me that he was on the way to the property. He let me know when he arrived, what he completed that day, when he left, and even provided pictures. This was greatly appreciated since I do not live local. He was very professional and did a fabulous job repairing the bathroom floor that had been damaged from moisture. He is very conscientious and will not leave until you're happy! "When we bought our house in 2015 we had another hardwood contractor refinish our floors in our 85 year old house. That contractor did a very poor job. I was hesitant at hiring another contractor, but given the rating Chris had achieved on Angie’s List I decided to give him a chance. Chris quickly responded to my request and visited our house. His knowledge and honesty impressed me and his pricing was good. Chris was very professional and displayed with great work ethic, arriving every day as planned, keeping dust and debris under control and cleaned up each day. He did an outstanding job installing new solid oak (not from China) flooring in our living room, dining room, three bedrooms, and office and hallways, fixing all the squeaks along the way. He also installed vinyl tile flooring in our kitchen, which included new subflooring. Chris removed our existing old flooring/subfloor and had it removed. We definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to have new floors installed."
