"The service tech was great, but cost was way too high. $512 to replace two GFCI receptacles after a diagnosis of the electric panel and the circuits. Could have been much much higher if I had agreed to all the other “recommended add-on services and equipment” this company offered. Also requested a quote for installation of an EV charging unit. Nearly $5,800! Got a second quote from another company - $1,326. Guess which quote I accepted. But, as I said, the tech was great - friendly, very knowledgeable, thorough, respectful. But beware the high cost."

The wrong surge protector was installed so Nasr came back to put in the correct one. He is very friendly, communicative and easy to work with and does high quality work. "On June 10, I had a company to install security equipment in my home. In doing so, the installer drilled through a wire and I did not have electricity in several outlets due to the damage.
