"We hired Mold Test Company to conduct post testing on a home damaged by a hurricane. They had the best price point of any of the companies I contacted, but you get what you pay for. After my initial contact with the company, I could not reestablish contact with them for over a week as their phone system was having issues. I was about to hire another company when I received a follow-up call from them. At this point I was advised they were having phone problems and I decided to go ahead and hire them for our testing. The technician that conducted the testing was professional and overall provided a positive experience. We were told that we should receive the results of the test in about 48 hours. It took 11 days and multiple calls and emails to get our results. We were initially provided with an inaccurate report that stated visible mold was found in the home. There was no visible mold in the home so when we asked the analyst about it he stated that some of the information in the report was prepopulated and must not have been changed. While reviewing the results with us,the analyst said he could refer us to a company for further remediation products. We were soon greeted by an unprofessional salesman from the other company trying to sell very overpriced remediation products. Our home is under contract and the lack of professionalism dealing with mold test company may put our sale in jeapordy. At this point, I feel like we will more than likely have to hire another company to conduct the testing again. With all of the miscommunication and lack of attention to detail I fear our test from these guys may not be valid. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for a reputable local company."

What began as a simple dryer vent job, became a critically important HVAC-related repair, after his willingness to check on our mold and odor issue from our primary air conditioning unit. Net/net: He discovered our problem was with mold and retained water in flex duct work that had not been properly checked and cleaned. He provided us with a comprehensive quote, and quickly got us on his schedule, even though it meant they had to work on a Saturday. He and his crew arrived on time (in fact, 15 minutes before promised) and in one day changed out all duct work. He also returned to our home the next week, to verify everything was properly installed and working, and "tweaked" a few ducts that needed adjustments. Wayne knows his "stuff" and advised on cost-effective solutions (at far fewer dollars) to save on addressing one remaining issue. "We are pleased to recommend Triangle Reconstruction with our highest praise. It seems too simple to say that they do what they said they’d do, but that’s exactly what happened. Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"
