He also fixed an area of the cabinets that had molded from a leaky sink and installed a new garbage disposal. He did an excellent job and his prices were very fair. He also was quick to come out and didn't make me wait long to fix the problems. He provided advice about other little projects I had around the house too, which was very helpful! "We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"We had a leak underneath the shower and that triggered us to remodel entire bathroom. They stripped the room down to the studs and replaced a section of damaged sub-floor. Baseboard heat was rerouted and they created a decorative cover that works very well. Their tile work on the floor and wall was exceptional and results are very beautiful. They implemented all requests (like shower pan leak testing) and preferences without complaint. After the work was done, we found bathroom door had to be adjusted to close a small gap, and they came right away to make that adjustment. The final cost calculation went really quick with no hidden costs. The workers are very nice and conscientious about protecting our properity not under construction, cleaning up at the end of each day, and minimizing noise when needed to accommodate working from home. We will definitely consider this company for our next project."
