"Great experience. Realized at 6 AM that our sump pump needed replacing. Called just after 7, they had their first guy come right over. Said he would be there between 8:30 and 9, and he was there before 8:30. He was done before 9. Great experience."

"Jonah and Paul were prompt and quite knowledgeable. They saved me from potential disaster! My sump pump failed and the previous plumber's water-pressure back-up system was incorrectly installed. My sump was full and about ready to overflow. Universal's Jonah and Paul immediately replace the broken pump. They then made a second appointment to return and replace the non-working backup system. The second visit was as good as the first! Jonah explained everything. He was pleasant and quite knowledgeable. I will use them for future projects and highly recommend them and their company."

"A++ Clog-Busters!! We called in the early morning and they were out to our house within a couple of hours. We will definately recommend this company to friends and family! Chris V., the plumber, who was professional and knowledgeable, came to our house and within an hour he had diagnosed, and de-clogged the main drain, and re-set the toilet. He also left our house clean of the debris pulled from the drain. Thank-you!"
