I had a number of outlets that had no power, they all went out at same time, but there was no circuit breaker thrown. Kevin told me what he was going to investigate and methodically reviewed the wiring in the multiple outlets that were not functioning until he found the issue. He double checked that all were on same circuit and ended up replacing an outlet. Kevin verified that all outlets were then functional and put back in place. All told Kevin spent about 1 hour and 15 minutes at my house. Very professional. Highly recommend."
