"Very nice service. Very nice customer service. Very knowledgeable. They can right away to help me and my problem. I would highly recommend them to help you!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Great service! Came out the same day that I called because he was in the area. I liked that he explained that problem in a way I could understand, and even showed my how to use some features on the dryer that I hadn’t used before. Price was reasonable and 5 months later my dryer is still working like new. Lucas Appliance will be the first I call if I have problem with any appliance."

"Arrived on time and sent a text to let know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem and implemented the repair. He cleaned up the area when he was completed and provided advice on the repair and items to look for in the future. Highly recommend"

"Dean from Motorcity appliances LLC did a "SUPERB" job. Dean was professional & kind , explained everything in layman's terms so that I understood what was needed to complete the task. I will DEFINITELY refer him to others!!!"

"He was able to come within an hour of my submission. I called on Tuesday and he had part ordered same day and was able to repair by Thursday afternoon. So far the problem seems to be fixed. He had the best rates of the 3 that were offered. I saved $15 on the service call alone and he made sure the problem was the least expensive."
