"The installers, John and Isaac, were friendly and courteous and replaced our old shower in a day. They covered the floors from the doorway to the bathroom with drop clothes and were very conscientious about performing their work without trashing the rest of the bathroom. They were in and out in about seven hours and the install looks great and we're very happy with the new shower. The entire process was painless."

"Though more accomplished than expected, the workers surprised me with a failed result. They couldn't put the project back together correctly; everyone saw something was off. Outside the stall looked fine, but the tile they "replaced" was actually the original, just poorly handled. They left the last row unfinished after hitting a curve hard and breaking the tile apart. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."
