He was very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, as I suspected, it was a replacement. Jeff the project called and we walked through our options and price with him. He was low pressure and very understanding. We decided after our research to schedule a replacement for Sunday morning. Les and Brandon arrived on time and were very nice and worked quickly. Michael came to my home to look at the job and advised me that he'd come to do my repair the next day. I was surprised to find that the repair he did with the pipes under my kitchen sink actually gave me more space for under sink storage!! He was friendly and professional.
