"True Professionalism and Determination!! My local plumber did not feel he had proper equipment to snake the main septic line from house. Worried about baffles. Diagnosed the problem as a â soft blockageâ in the main septic line between house and tank. This was the cause of the washing machine stand pipe overflowing with water during drain cycle Septic company recommended Ace Electric Sewer. Paul came out with an assistant and dug up the septic cover to try to snake the blockage with a special blade on the end of the snake. That got some movement of water but not enough Water blasted the line from basement side clean out port which sits above the sump pump hole. That finished the job and water was flowing again. Considered a â sludge blockageâ which was probably due to age of house. Never had seen this type of service performed before, but it was truly needed at the end of June 2023 Not the easiest project, fair price, will definitely hire again if needed"

"I will keep this review simple but thorough. 1 1/2 months before hiring ADB I had a sewage backup in my basement. 11p put the request in. 11:05p another company called. Because of the urgency with two kids, they got the job. Bad idea (but that isn't for here). Fastforward 1 1/2 months later, the same issue was back and Home Advisor recommended a few high quality companies with great reviews. I went with ADB and what a smart move (finally). Some services charge for clearing of the pipe and then another charge for a camera. ADB does not and I think that makes a big difference. All I can say is that I appreciate the professionalism of this company, the tech was funny and laughing with me through a tough situation, and was also clearly knowledgable and guiding. I really thought it was a great experience and would recommend ADB Construction for anything you need. Trust them. You not only get what you pay for here but you also get a tremendous backing and support after, if you need it. This is a REAL professional company."

"The only thing I didn't like, they didn't clean up really afterwards. There was still like dust on the window sills from where the guy was drilling. I didn't realize until after he left. Just stuff in my yard that wasn't really...for that type of service. It cost me $7000. It wasn't just a minor service so I expected a little bit more. I had spoken to one of the technicians before he left and I was supposed to be given a receipt like right away. I had to end up calling like two weeks later for my receipt. Like calling and saying, 'Hey you guys did the service, you charged me the day you left and you never sent me a receipt'. So that was a real pain in my but because I took time out of my day. Interactions were very good. The work turned out good except for the mess that they left. They should clean up and ask potential customers anything. They were kind of in a rush because the project kind of lasted longer than I guess they expected. The technician I was speaking to said that they only sent him out. This is like a two men job. They could have provided more people. They had a lot of pressure on this one guy so I kind of felt a little bad for him. When he left, there were two other new technicians that were here to try and hurry up and finish the job. I guess nobody cared about cleaning up and stuff like that. I had to myself rinse off the windowsills. This was a rental unit that I own. So this is more time out especially when you've finished cleaning something up. I had to do it again. This is a brand new widow that I had installed. This wasn't like an old window sill and dust going on...no, this is brand new. I had to spent $4000 on new windows for a rental unit. So you know just little stuff like that. Price is pretty good compared to what I wanted. I give it a B for the price. It could have been lower. I think the work was well done. Responsiveness I probably would give a D because I had to call in and this wasn't the first time that I had dealt with them. They did another repair for me down in the cellar and I didn't get my receipt as well. They have a problem with responsiveness and just sending out receipts when stuff is done.  They had pretty good professionalism. I would consider them."

They installed a gas water heater, installed a shut off on the water heater where there was one missing, replaced a kitchen sink from an old double sink to a new full size sink and in doing so, moved the garbage disposal and re-piped the whole project. They checked other pipes & plumbing and repaired a broken outside water pipe. Tisha in the office was also wonderful - very accommodating, congenial and they are all very customer service oriented. Respectful, honest, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone."
