"This was a great experience from estimate to completion. Rod was an excellent contact/salesperson/project manager. This was a difficult project as it was for four neighbors (a backyard corner in townhouses) and there was no access except through one of the townhouses. It was complicated by a tree stump that had to be removed by a landscaper prior to the fence being installed, so further coordination was necessary. And then all this occurred around the time of the "big freeze" here in Texas in mid-February 2021. "Great! The guys did a good job digging out the rotted wood posts, replacing them with steel posts, and using metal brackets to re-attach the existing fence panels. They re-worked a wood gate by adding a treated 2x4 diagonal brace, re-hung it, and re-worked the hinges and latch to get the perfect swing. I'm very satisfied. They arrived when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves when finished. $100 per post + $75 to rework the gate = $575."
