"Working with Bryan Hand was a very good experience. He came to our house, listened to what we wanted, and gave us a quote. After getting the quote, we decided to just install new pool equipment and heater to start with in April 2022. In October 2022 (after the swimming season was over), we had the pool and hot tub re-plastered, the hot top resurfaced with new stone, installed new flagstone and new rocks to the beach entry, and added a new diving rock . The pool looks great. Bryan and his team did a great job. After about a month, we noticed that the hot tub had developed a leak, and I called Bryan right away. He sent his guys out, and it ended up being a very minor problem that they were able to fix in a very short amount of time (a tiny spot around one of the jets where the water was leaking through). They sealed the spot, and everything is all good now. I would definitely recommend Bryan Hand and Handcrafted Pools."

"Absolutely 10/10 pool service for our home in University park. A lot of companies can "clean" a pool, but the professionalism and care from Cameron and his team go above and beyond any other companies we've tried. Can't recommend them enough for pool cleaning or pool service in Dallas."

"Luke replaced my sand filter for me Very quickly and now he is going to resurface my pool. He is very reliable and knows his business"

"David came out and viewed our “mess” of a pool. giving his thoughts on the current condition after winterizing, he offered a solution. Following through with his estimation of needs, the pool was opened and is sparkling blue. Someone from his company came out multiple times during the week, to ‘chemicalize’ and get it ready to swim. It is hard to find someone to service an above ground pool and add to that the need to be a salt pool. We are so glad that we found David and his company. He will service the pool on a weekly basis and we will have a grand summer, relaxing and of course exercising in the pool. Now to make the blue slushies for my sister and I."

"We’ve been extremely happy with Michael’s pool service. He’s consistent, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Our pool has never looked better, and it’s a relief knowing it’s being handled by someone trustworthy."

"If you are looking for a solid construction company sonart is the way to go for sure! All I could say was wow aside from the fact that my mouth was completely open for a solid five minutes LOL! The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build. To see our bathrooms brought more to a modern the lights was honestly heartwarming I know my mother would have appreciated this!Thank you again guys for your hard work!"

"Pool was losing water. Ryan and his team found the leaks for free and provided a reasonable proposal to fix them. The team was prompt, professional, and left no visible traces of the repairs on the deck & landscaping. Best of all, they found the leaks that others missed and now my pool is fixed. The whole process took only about a week. Highly recommend."

"Was really nervous about having a new pool person at first but Pete was though and has great communication."

"Jaime and his team provided great service. They are my go to any time I need any handyman/ AC services."
