Two posts of the vinyl portion of the fence heaved out of the ground because the original company did not dig the posts at the required depth. When this happened, the original company did not help me so I contacted Durham. They came out and repaired the 2 sections and did a good job. I live in a high point of the city with a lot of heavy winds during the winter and the fence repair has held up very well. I appreciate their help since most companies will not repair a shoddy job done by other companies. "Walter pruned it just enough to lessen the lop-sided load. At the last minute I realized that the cut-leaf maple in front needed to be pruned as it was touching the house and bedroom window. They did so without charge. I also asked them, with the sun close to setting, to trim the hedges/bushes. They gave me a good rate and did it very nicely, even blowing the fallen leaves (already on the lawn before they arrived) to the kerb, again at no charge. Walter worked with me on the price quotes and Frankie was there to execute. Both were extremely professional and friendly. I plan to use them again, the next time I need tree service. "We fixed the plexiglass overhang above our front door. It required the removal of existing materials and installation of new plexiglass + flashing. This sounds easy but took a few days to complete. The seal however was not tight enough and water still dripped following the repair. But Twin Oaks came out the very next day and resolved the issue. Workers were friendly and from what I can tell did a nice job. They later returned (the next warm day) to repair a damaged garage panel which they were able to do in a day. Other than leaving some debris in the side yard (not a lot), they were good to work with .. nice folks."
