"Went to store front on saturday to look at sample railings. Staff was very helpful. Gave me some catalogues to take home and an appointment for Tuesday for an estimate. On Tuesday Jeff called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come an hour earlier. Came and showed us some examples and discussed how certain railings would look and what our steps could "handle". Made our selection and got an install date for 2 weeks later. At 9am on 11/12 Alex and his associate showed up and got to work. The two men were professional and meticulous about what they were doing. It seeemed as thought they were installing the railings on their own home. When they were done they cleaned the area so it looked like the railings were always there. The finished work is perfect and we are thrilled that we chose Fence Depot.

"OUTSTANDING!!!!! Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional!! The men they sent to do the actual install were clearly hard working and competent. With the exception of a brief lunch break, these guys worked non-stop........and this was a 3 day job!! There was no fooling around, talking on cell phones, etc. And the finished product was far superior to what had been installed 20 years ago by a different fence company. Highly recommend these wonderful folks if you want a well done, pro job!!"

"Walter pruned it just enough to lessen the lop-sided load. At the last minute I realized that the cut-leaf maple in front needed to be pruned as it was touching the house and bedroom window. They did so without charge. I also asked them, with the sun close to setting, to trim the hedges/bushes. They gave me a good rate and did it very nicely, even blowing the fallen leaves (already on the lawn before they arrived) to the kerb, again at no charge. Walter worked with me on the price quotes and Frankie was there to execute. Both were extremely professional and friendly. I plan to use them again, the next time I need tree service. I recommend them highly."

"My family observed K&M Bridgeport Fencing LLC installing a fence in a neighbor's yard a few house down the street. We were able to talk to the owner to get a quote. K&M began the work immediately after we signed the contract and also helped us take care of a tree obstacle that was slowing down the install process. In addition they replaced a concrete step leading up my front porch that had become a serious safety hazard. I have already referred them to my friends and inquiring about other landscaping projects they can assist me with. "We fixed the plexiglass overhang above our front door. It required the removal of existing materials and installation of new plexiglass + flashing. This sounds easy but took a few days to complete. The seal however was not tight enough and water still dripped following the repair. But Twin Oaks came out the very next day and resolved the issue. Workers were friendly and from what I can tell did a nice job. They later returned (the next warm day) to repair a damaged garage panel which they were able to do in a day. Other than leaving some debris in the side yard (not a lot), they were good to work with .. nice folks."
