"Two professional installers. Done in one day.  If only one person had been there for the install it would have been a 2.5 day job. With two people the job was completed in one day. I bought their recommended Amana furnace/AC. They were personable and interacted well when I had questions. If one person had been there it would have been a 2.5 day job. The unit worked the first time they turned it on and is a significant improvement. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned the area. And no up front money which indicated a well run business.
I had been told about other people who installed furnaces but I am confident that they were horror stories waiting to happen. This job required experienced workers. I may have paid more, but I may have ended up with a low quality (cheaper) unit as well as delays while the installer dealt with personal issues or disappeared.
This is the third time I have used Giant and each instance was totally satisfactory.
Note: I typed a more detailed review but this site caused text to disappear for no obvious reason.

"Did a nice job. Left the area neat and tidy."

"It went well. Although Collin Bucci felt the faucet unit was acceptable after the repair, I decided to replace it. After Collin reviewed the types of available units, I scheduled an appointment for the next week. What I really appreciated was that Collin brought three different units for me to inspect before the installation. I knew exactly what I was getting before it was installed."

"

Galen and his crew arrived on time.  One worked on replacing dry wall and plastered the wall while the others cut out the tree branches and patched the roof.  They also replaced a cracked drain pipe and repaired the back porch roof.  They were all very courteous and professional. I was very pleased with their  excellent work and the cost of the work.

"They did a fantastic job! There was a substantial glitch towards the end of the job. Jim resolved it within 90 minutes and had another workman there within hours. Photo was taken before plumbing fixtures were installed, it shows tile work only."

"All repairs were done well and above my expectations I highly recommend P&Bs"

"Phil and his team did a wonderful job digging up my old patio and replacing it with a deck built with Trex materials. The job was done professionally and he worked with me, even when I added additional scope to the job. I highly recommend them and plan on using P Sqrd LLC for future projects."

"Madden brothers provide superior quality workmanship at a reasonable price. I have used them numerous times for various home improvement projects, bath and kitchen remodeling, floor refinishing, and painting. They are very professional, offer good suggestions, and always meet or exceed my expectations. They also offer creative solutions to problem situations that arise. I use them for all of my home improvement projects."

"Divine Renovations were very responsive and did a great job for a reasonable price. I will use again and recommend!"

"When I bought the house, the bathroom had hideous pink/peach tiles. When I called about getting it refinished it a simple white, she told me if I didn't have the tub done too, I'd regret it because they would be two different colors. So I took her advice and had both done white. The man who came out to perform the service was punctual, professional, friendly - couldn't have gone better.
Fast forward a few months, the bathtub is peeling. It took me 2 weeks to get ahold of someone to send the repairman out. But the service man came out, again, no problems at all, quick to the point, fixed it and left.
Now, another few months later and the same thing... the tub is peeling again. I, again, am trying to get ahold of them to come out and repair. They have an automated answering service but no one returns my calls. I am on day 4 of trying to get ahold of someone to come out and fix the tub again. The job was done April of 2014, it is Feb 2015 and this is my 2nd repair job needed. I live alone so the tub is not getting alot of overusage, no kids doing anything crazy... so I'm not sure I would do it again. It's becoming a pain to deal with and to be honest, I'm not 100% sure I would use this company again. The service men doing the work are great, but to get in contact with anyone is not an easy feat.
