"Installed tankless water heater and replaced all copper lines with Pex. Did an amazing job! Expedient, reliable, professional, and courteous. Definitely will hire again if needed!"

"Our tankless electric water heater stopped working after a little over a year. After having several companies come out, we called Mast Plumbing & Mechanical. Ned, the owner, came out, looked everything over, and took the time to explain what was happening. He recommended switching from a tankless to a traditional tank water heater and explained the pros and cons of electric tankless systems. He even showed us information online about how the approximately 38-degree water coming from our pump house was affecting the system's ability to heat the water fast enough. Ned was less expensive than the other three companies we contacted and made the entire process easy. He was knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. If you want a fair price, great service, and a job done right, we highly recommend Mast Plumbing & Mechanical. We have Ned's number saved and will definitely call him for all our future plumbing needs! 360-761-9515"

"Plumbing Technician Dennis Poznyur did an outstanding job shutting/capping off a natural gas line servicing a gas dual fuel range in preparation for installing an induction range. Kudos to Dennis for very professional service."

"I have used this plumber for over 4 years now - they respond immediately to any concern, are the most honest and fair people out there! Anything from simple drain clear, or water heater install, to a side sewer and complete DADU plumbing installation…they do it all, and with great communication! I pass their name and number to anyone who is looking for an honest and reliable plumber!"

"Had a big job of 4 water heaters in four different units. Platinum Plumbing blocked off the entire day to get them all done at once. They are friendly, professional, and when it comes to water heaters, very fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking at having their water heater replaced. I will use them in the future for other plumbing needs should they arise. Thank you!!"

"Previous owner used non-heat rated PVC piping on the water heater. Entire system was almost a decade old so decided to change out the heater at the same time. After giving the owner a good description of the problem he was able to give me a quote over the phone ($1950 + tax). I decided to let them come out and access the job before agreeing. They arrived on time and after a quick assessment the lead plumber quoted me a higher price but after consulting the owner they agreed to do the job for the original price quoted. Mike and John worked quick and efficiently. They were polite & professional and had the entire job complete and work site cleaned in 3-hours. Over all quick and painless process, would use their service again."

"Drake was superior in communication, efficiency and customer service. He explained all that needed to be completed with replacement of my water heater with ease and understanding. Will definitely call for all plumbing needs as they arise."
