"RossCo Pipefitters was one of 3 companies that responded within minutes to my quote request to replace my 26 year old Rheem gas water heater that was still working but leaking. Richie gave me a time of between 1 and 3 same day for the estimate. He and his small crew were held up on another job and Richie called twice to update me on their progress. He gave the quote which was more than I expected but still $300 lower than the next quote. He also offered to pick up a new tank and they would install that evening. By 8 pm I had a new upgraded, larger Rheem water heater with all the parts and work done to bring it up to code and new gas and water shut off valves. By 8:30 we had enough hot water for a shower. All old parts were hauled away. The verdict is still out on the water heater. Time will tell, but coustomer service and quality of work were top notch. I definitely recommend RossCo for plumbing jobs"

"Great. I received 3 bids and Drain Pro's was the most competitive and thorough. We scheduled a date, and installation was done in a day. They removed my old electric water heater and were tidy and very professional. I paid by check as they left. Now I will have to install an electrical outlet next to the heater but meanwhile, it's on an extension cord... Looking forward to 24-hour hot water, and a lower electric bill!"

"My technician arrived at 9:00 am and did not leave my home until 6:00 pm. He installed a new water heater, removed my old water heater and fixed a hot water leak under my home. HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD NOT LEAVE UNTIL ALL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!!!!!!! After the work was complete he performed a complete clean up of his work area.
