He immediately assessed the problem and went to work. Throughout, he was friendly, courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable. His truck has an excellent variety of parts to fix just about any common garage door issue (really handy so he doesn't have to run off and get parts, extending time and billing, like many do). He quickly fixed the issue so it was like new, provided some free pointers on better operation of my doors, answered all my questions and was on his way.
