Not only did he show up, but we had a bid before he left the house. As part of their service you receive very clear communications - estimates, work orders / change orders, notifications and reminders for appointments / scheduling, etc. Every person that was assigned to our job from delivery to demo to install showed up on time and left our home (a.k.a. a total construction zone) cleaned-up after each day. Both Achilles, who did the tile and Pedro, who did the wood flooring were total pros and did high-quality work. Looking forward to working with them again when we get around to remodeling the bathrooms!"

"I went into the showroom many times and got a lot of help from the designers there. They really took a lot of time with me looking at options and giving advice. They also seem to have adequate staff, and the store is busy, so it's nice to be able to get help. We ordered an expensive tile and when we got it laid out realized some of the order would not work in the pattern we had hoped. The manager helped us find a solution and was really great to work with. Plus their tile is gorgeous! I love walking through the showroom. I would definitely go there again next time we do a project."

"I called and they were able to schedule me immediately. They gave me a rough estimate based on square footage and the number of seams that needed to be done. Sean showed up on time and completed the job thoroughly. He walked me through the issues and was able to overcome some trouble spots. The price for the job was much more than the quote. Though, to be fair, the quote was less than I expected, and I forewent someone coming out to take measurements to save time. The price ended up being about what I had expected when I first called."
