"I needed a shower tile replaced & while communicating with the gentleman he stated he would make sure the tile is placed correctly & grouted. When he showed up he had no wet tile saw & dry cut the tile in my bathroom. When he was done with the job the tile was not cut straight and he did not grout the tile, he caulked it!!! And then I started wondering if he also caulked the back of the tile instead of using thinset. I started knocking on the replaced tile & the original tiles & you can hear a hollow difference! I was furious knowing that the tile can fall off the wall and break my shower floor. My husband ended up taking the tile out & yep, it sure was just caulked to the wall!!! Even worse there wasn?t enough caulk on the back so it didn?t even adhere to the wall of the shower. It was literally free floating! So disappointed to be lied to and taken advantage of. "

"I first called in late June, got a quote, and completed the paperwork the same day. It took a while for someone to come measure, but when he did, he was polite and efficient. After that, communication was poor?I had to call for updates multiple times, and when I was told I would get a call back, it never happened. My install was scheduled for August 1st. I took time off work and waited during the scheduled window (9:30?10:30), but no one showed up. When I called, I was told the scheduler was out sick and the crew had a flat tire. I?m not sure when or if I would have been notified if I hadn?t called. They asked to reschedule for the next morning, but again showed up late, at 10:20, and the crew seemed unfamiliar with my job. They called the day after, couldn't answer my question about when the check would be cashed, and AGAIN did not call back as promised. Unprofessional and bad communication all around."

"2 days ago NEW Even though we gave New Look Siding a big job they came through BIG TIME!!!. Our house needed a facelift and we are definitely happy with what was accomplished. We had all the windows replaced plus the slider took out and replaced with French doors on the patio, had new siding and rock waist coat on the front, and they covered and enlarged our patio. The communication with Erik and his crew (Jacob, Brett, Perry and Ramsay) was great. Erik pretty much told us everyday what was being done and what to expect. The crew worked on the house like it was their's and were perfectionists. They became almost like family. We definitely would recommend New Look Siding to anyone wanting to upgrade or give their existing home a face lift."
