I received a call and confirmation notification of the appointment time which was next day ( within 24 hrs ). As the apt time came closer I received a call and notification of exact time and a picture of the repair person so I knew exactly when and who was coming to my house. Mr Tomasâ s arrived exactly when he said he would. Diagnosed the issue when I explained what was going on . Explained what he found and what needed to be fixed, told me what the approx cost would be, checked to see if part was on his truck, I approved repair he did it in an hour.
