"We recently hired Precision Remodeling to replace our old wooden back deck with a new composite one. Dave walked us through all the options clearly & concisely, as well as pointing out potential issues that may affect the project cost / timeline. The project cost was in the ballpark of what we were expecting, so we confident with the decision. The Precision Remodeling crew arrived on time each morning, left the site clean each afternoon, and the foreman kept us up to date with status of work / upcoming permit reviews / etc. Dave also checked in throughout the project and addressed any concerns. The final product looks awesome, and would definitely reach out to Precision Remodeling for future work in & around the house."

"2 of 997 Urgent: Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work We are experiencing significant project management issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration.Their quality of work is good but project management sucks big time,. We started our bathroom rennovations on Nov 29th 2024 the project wsda supposed to be completed in 5 weeks now it is almost 2 months and the master bathroom still needs to begin constreuction. We have had 3 project managers so far. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the past week via our text messaging group and several calls, we have yet to receive any updates on a variety of outstanding work in the loft and guest bathroom that need to be done. This lack of communication and progress is unacceptable. While we understand that Elkay is taking a break, the responsibility for keeping us informed and ensuring the project stays on track should not be neglected. We are not getting proper updates about stataus of several pending issues and we feel like we are being passed around without any clear resolution or accountability. The most pressing concern is the arrival of the bathtub, as all further work on the master bathroom is stalled until it arrives."

"Douglas was hired to get my pool cleaned and ready for swimming. The pool looked like a swamp when he came to give me an estimate. His estimate was a good price so we hired him. He did a fantastic job. He worked very hard trying to get my pool swimmable. He came several days and worked for hours scooping leaves and stuff out of the pool. He scrubbed and vacuumed many times. In the end, he did it and I was very happy. He is one of the hardest working men I have ever seen. Great personality and feels like family. I would recommend him for any job. I will have more work for him in the future. 5 stars."

He did a fantastic job on clearing everything out and even worked around my appliances that I was keeping. He was very helpful on suggesting were I could purchase my cabinets and countertop at reasonable prices. Gus also did whatever I asked and even gave suggestions on some things because this was my first venture on doing anything like this. He was very professional and left my house clean, once he was finished for the day. Always on time and communicating which is very important to me. I know who I’ll be calling on my next project!!"
