He was very thorough, spent time explaining to me what the problem was and had the part needed to ensure the problem did not happen again. While at my house, he took the time to look at two other appliances that were having minor issues, took the details needed to order the parts to make them 100% again and will be calling me when the parts arrive. My a/c stopped working due to a clogged condensation drain. The technician was at my home the very next morning, cleared the clog and got the a/c working within 20 minutes. I was so pleased with the professionalism, I asked if they had any kind of semi-annual service that I could sign up for. The technician said that they do offer that service, but I don't need it since my system is new and in good shape and that I would just be wasting my money. All I need for a few more years is an annual check up for just $75 per visit.

As a contrast, a previous a/c service came to my home to clear the drain just a few months before and he DID try to sell me their $200 semi-annual check-up service...even though I didn't really need it.
