That is the type of company you have here! Trent and Daylon were very thorough in hydro-jetting my main sewer line. They also cleaned out the filter that goes from my septic to my drainfield. (Which was the above and beyond part.) Wasn't charged for that:) Pricing was very reasonable! Unlike many, Bill was willing to do the part of the job I needed done, and leave the rest to me to finish.  He even cut his normal service call in HALF because his part of the job took so little time.  I didn't ask him to do that ... he just did it.  He was more interested in being fair than he was in how much money he could make from every call.  How many tradesmen do you know like that these days?
On the phone, Sue was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, and in person Bill was presentable, personable, and professional.  Not to mention a nice guy to boot.  I will definitely use Pasco Pump from now on, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
P.S.  Something that matters to me as a veteran is that Bill is too.  A Marine, but I didn't hold that against him!  ;-)"
