I spent over 30,000 dollars on this repair and have gotten nothing but the run around about fixing their inability to do the job right the first time, They did a horrible job with back filling my foundation I hired them in 11/2025 after the first rain it settled so badly I called them out and they put some mulch down to back fill who does that Ohio basement does that! The settling keeps getting worse I have never had a problem with water in my basement and now All the water from rain and snow sheds right to my foundation. They didn't connect the down spout damage a porch rail and basically took their money and ran. 4 Times I have called about this they were to come 1/23/2026 and DID NOT SHOW UP!! I did not even warrant a phone call so DISRESPECTFUL to me and my home. Just stay away from Ohio Basement Authority unless you want to give your money away!"

"It went great! They were very professional and were here when they said they would be and cleaned up behind themselves. We did have a minor leakage problem with the first rain, but we called and they were back here within a couple of days to fix the problem and we have had no leakage since. I was impressed that they handled the call back so quickly, which to me, says a lot about their integrity. The company that did our original waterproofing has left Kentucky and our "lifetime" transferable warranty is now void, so having been burned once we were a bit leery, but they proved to be a very reliable company. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again."
