He was very knowledgeable and gave me options for different units. I saw him measure at least twice and used a level to ensure everything was level. I loved his attention to detail. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"I can't help but wonder if the overpriced service wound have been cheaper else where.The provider came and gave an estimate for the services. Basically, they are a middleman between the provider of the actual service and the consumer. Highland was very prompt and everyone came to my house at the stated time. The service provided was decent and quick; however, a few days later my husband noticed some issues. The hinges on the closet door were installed backwards; still work but awkward. The door is slightly too big to close easily. The service provider was very nice, on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
