Repairs came highly recommended on  Angie's list and I saw he was located on a street just behind where I live so I called hoping he could help me.  After listening to my repairs needs he said he would call me back when he had taken a look so he could give me an estimate of price and time.  <br /> A little over a week later on a Monday we talked again and he told me he could fix it and quoted me a reasonable price and told me he could get to it as early as that Friday, all I had to do was leave the siding needing to be put back up in my driveway.  <br /> Then on Wednesday we got over a foot of snow.  Friday came and the snow had not cleared but he had not cancelled on me so I left the siding out as promised and went to work.  When I came back from work I expected the siding to still be lying in my driveway as I thought there was no way he could do it withe all the snow.  To my pleasant surprise the siding was not there and when I looked at the side of the house it was all repaired and looked great.  And there was an invoice for the work waiting for me at my door for slightly less than he quoted me. <br /> I was extremely pleased with the service and the entire transaction.  I would highly recommend him to anyone who asked.  He will be the first person I call when I have any jobs like this in the future. <br />"

I had a total of five companies giving me estimates and I felt the most comfortable with Rochester Hardwood. They were not the cheapest but I felt that they were well worth it. The work took three days and a different crew came out each day. Everyone I met was courteous and did great work. I had had water damage from the pet's water bowls and the floor under the table was very worn. My floor look amazing now, just like new! And it really is dustless! "When the heavy rain came after the wind storms, we discovered that we had water coming into the house. I called Ivan, who had done roofing for us before, hoping that he might get the message and get back to me, even though it was a Saturday. Ivan answered the phone himself, and said he would be over in about two hours to tarp the roof. He did so, and gave me a verbal assessment and estimate to repair; because the existing roof was nearly 15 years old and the shingles weren't made any more, he recommended replacement. He followed with a quote for the exact price he had given me verbally - a very good price. He said it would be a couple of months because of the backlog of work, but that the tarp should prevent further damage, which it did, in spite of the rainy, windy spring. Because of the weather, it was longer than he expected before he could do the work, but once he was here, he and his crew worked steadily through to completion. He kept me updated on what he was finding and took care of a couple of unexpected problems. We had to go out of town before he was finished, and I offered to pay him some of the money before we left to cover the cost of his materials, but he said it wasn't necessary - he would meet with me when we got back. The final bill was exactly what I expected, and the roof looks great! And, we haven't had any more water in the house! This is the second job Ivan has done for me, and I would recommend him for roofing with no hesitation whatsoever."
