Mr. Pineda also provided me with a stack of papers which shows that he is licensed and insured, as well as tons of reference letters from previous jobs that he insisted I call. I was more then please and satisfied with his work. He was there on time every morning, the job was spectacular and he walked me thru the whole process answering any questions I had a long the way (most contractors hate having people around watching/looking at them).
