"January 3rd, Attempted to chat online first with a representative. They were very responsive and able to answer my questions. Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. They were fair in their pricing and even offer a 5-year preventative maintenance plan that is extremely economical. I was absolutely happy with the service and would recommend JD Plumbing to anyone."

"I had some settling issues with my foundation, and Jacob from FSS did a thorough evaluation of the problem. I had already had six different companies come by, so I was getting familiar with the routine. What impressed me about the FSS solution was that they could actually stabilize the foundation, putting it on piers that would not shift in the future, unlike the other companies. When the installation crew arrived (Thomas, Timothy and Kennen), they brought along some really impressive galvanized steel hardware. The installation crew was clean and very meticulous about the details, making sure everything was installed correctly. After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for."

The service team showed up on time and had the required materials on board the truck. <br /> Further, I had one minor issue which they followed up on until the work was done.  I am quite pleased to see a company stand behind their work product and provide continuing customer service in a positive way.  I will also note the plumbers were very meticulous about leaving a clean worksite--they even went back into the hot attic to remove debris and trash left by some other contractors.  When removing the old water heater, Texas Quality Plumbing came with a very large bag to ensure the old water heater didn't drip or leave carpet stains--this is something I really appreciate as past plumbers didn't provide such service.  In terms of price, I paid exactly what was quoted and nothing more.  Thank you Texas Quality Plumbing. <br />"
