Customers say: Quick response

"Contacted Mike after waiting for the original plumber we called to cal back (never heard from him) . My daughter told us about My Guy had plumbed their bathroom. Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. They did a total cleanup and removed the old concrete sink and did it all at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike for any plumbing job."

"Riley was professional and friendly. After asking several questions he went straight to clean out the drain under our sink and gave us a primer on what can and can’t go down the garbage disposal and how to flush it ourselves. After 10 minutes of work he left. We had expected a bigger job, and possibly a new garbage disposal. Instead, he said he rather we call him if we ever need a plumber again, instead of charging us for 10 minutes of work. We appreciated his integrity and attitude, and will 100% call him if we have plumbing issues again."

"Jeremy is very talented and knowledgeable. He was able to recognize what the issues were right away and get them fixed in a timely manner. Iâ ve had a full toilet replacement, snaked pipes, and more severe clogs having to take the toilet away from the wall and secured back on. On another project he replaced a hot water tank and was able to get our restaurant back in action. I appreciate him and his attention to detail."

"I used Raptor Rooter Plumbing for the rough-in plumbing to the finished plumbing when building my house. This was a residential build with home owner as the contractor and very little engineered drawings. Pros: Raptor Rooter was very responsive from the beginning through texting, email, and phone contact. They were professional through the entire process. Their estimates were the best priced and I believe their work was excellent. They were not weeks and weeks booked out and most of the time when we were ready for the next phase of plumbing, they were available withing 7-10 days. They were also efficient and worked quickly. Their skill was top notch and were able to use some basic drawing plus their experience to layout the plumbing for the entire house as well as hook up our radiant floors system to our tankless water heater. Chris was definitely more willing to think outside the box then one of the plumbers they outsourced too, but they made it right at a bit of inconvenience to themselves which I was impressed with. When we ran into snags, they communicated well and I never felt like they were unreasonable in their requests or rude when they needed something from the home owner. After we got all the water hooked up and turned it on we did find a leak and they came back out. They helped us trouble shoot it and found the screw that we (the home owner) drilled into the middle of a water pipe and thus helped us fix the issue. They didn't seem annoyed with coming back out either, even when they found out it is was our error. Cons - The rough-in plumbing before we poured our concrete was not dug deep enough and so our concrete team had to dig the pipes deeper. I suspect Raptor Rooter would have come back to fix this, but we had a day before the concrete poured. When cutting the outside plumbing line, they also cut through the electrical conduit line cutting the power from the septic alarm to the pump. The conduit line was right under the plumbing line and so I can see how they didn't see this - though the trench was open and a quick look off to the side may have tipped them off there could be conduit in the same ditch. They did notify me they cut the line, but there was no offer to fix it or to discount services based on this issue which left me to figure it out and fix it. This lands in a "no fault" zone in my mind, it was an honest mistake, and I don't like pulling hairs about these things so I just fixed it. Now if I was to be really picky - one of the finished plumbing lines had two couplings when a water line cut to the right size would have eliminated the couplings and thus two additional weak points that were unnecessary. This water line was less than 3 feet long too, so I don't think it was about having enough materials. It would have taken them less then five minutes to make that right and I'm not sure why they did that. Overall our experience we great and I highly recommend them and would go with them again!!!"

"These guys are on it! With a remote cabin at the far end of their service area on difficult terrain they were on the job within an hour, identified, consulted, and replaced a deteriorated pipe and had our Air BNB up and running in the same afternoon. I've used them multiple times and have yet to be disappointed! Don't waste your time shopping around. These guys are straight shooters."

"We contacted Scott's Plumbing after business hours and within one hour, Scott arrived to assess the situation. He was able to quickly identify what needed to be done and was able to help us stabilize the back up so no further water was leaking. Scott arranged for us to have the pump replaced early the next morning. The repair/ replacement went very smoothly and we were back to normal in less than 24 hours. Throughout the entire process we were impressed by not only Scott and his staff's professionalism, timeliness, knowledge and commitment to a job well done; but we also greatly appreciated their personalized, friendly service. They clearly went above and beyond to make sure that we were delighted with our experience. We will definitely work with them again."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Spokane Valley, WA

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
