"SwiftPro was excellent. When our hot water heater went out (at nearly 20 years old, we were neither upset nor surprised!) we reached out to a few places but SwiftPro was the most responsive and had the price was fair. Zabi, the service technician was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was prompt, provided excellent communication, took meticulous care with the work and work space, and was just a great person to talk to. The install went great and there was no aggressive sales tactics or upselling. Just a genuine cut and dry hot water heater removal and install experience. I highly recommend SwiftPro. Thanks Zabi!"

"Air Force One Heating and Cooling is the best. I wouldn’t hire anyone else. You won’t be sorry if you hire them."

"Repairs done in timely manner. Frank explained whatâ s wrong and expectations on how long can the water heater last before possibly replacing it"

"I had to replace a water heater quickly. Gave me a competitive quote with a water heater with desirable specs within a day and scheduled me the day after. Technician was knowledgeable and efficiently performed the work. Water heater performs just fine. Cleaned up workspace and took a few mins to walk through water heater and maintenance after."

"Replaced a well pump, pressure tank and switch. John Dexter was prompt in response and the installation was completed within a couple of days. The young man that completed the installation was very polite and did a great job. Had an issue with a slight leak on one of the tank fittings which did take two return trips to solve the issue which was nothing more than a lack of silicone grease on the o-rings. Two days later we detected a very bad taste in the water. Called Dexter to tell of the issue. John did not seem to concerned and ask me to email him what I was experiencing so he could forward to his water people. The taste and smell were very bad and the water could not be drank. Dexter's shop is literally a mile from my house. I think it would have been prudent for him to swing by and see the issue for himself. I decided after a few days of not hearing from Dexter, to contact someone else to solve the issue. While Dexter Well and Plumbing is fast to respond to the initial problem, they seem less concerned if there are issues after the fact."

"10 year old system, so worried about big expense. Mike of Plumbing Innovators pulled off a messy valve, installed a new one, and provided a spare for me to use if/when it clogged again. Mike took the time to explain life span of some well water components. Higher these folks with a high degree of confidence in their honesty & integrity. I have used them exclusively for the past five years."

"From the beginning Alex treated us like a customer should expect,,, He was clear, concise, professional and just a nice guy to deal with. We had 6 estimates and landed on Total Comfort... Alex even applied the 5% discount for the installation as an Angie's List member... They got us in the same week! Paul and his crew came out and were there at 8AM sharp! Took care of everything in one day and even answered all the oddball questions I had! Walked me through everything they were doing and left the place cleaner than when they got there! I seriously couldn't have asked for a better install! With Trane having a 60 month 0% promotion going on it was really a no brainer! Replaced a 16 year old Trane dual fuel system with another Trane and hope I get another 15 years out of it! I hope the maintenance service is as good as the install and all that led up to it! You can't go wrong with Total Comfort and of course, "Nothing can stop a trane!" Thanks Everyone at Total Comfort for making my Wife Happy! Happy Wife, Happy Life!"
