They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "We liked the price; however they did not come soon enough. They did not come until a couple of weeks later after more rain had come so that was frustrating. They were kind of sloppy in their appearance so that affected my judgment, I guess. Their manner and their language all affected my judgment. They also did my neighbor’s house too and I have small children; the roofers made a lot of noise and if I had known that I would not have hired them. I was out of town when they did my roof so I did not know how they were. We developed a leak in the roof after they finished where there had never been before and they came back out and fixed it. I will not use them again in the future.  "
