"Renew crew knocked it out of the park and exceeded expectations! They built a fence and a deck for us. We ran into a couple of unexpected costs when removing the old deck of some rotting wood on the house. They fixed that as well and did not price gouge us at all. They also replaced a window and built a retaining wall that tied into our project perfectly! They were quick, and very efficient, but did not sacrifice quality. Chris, the carpenter is exceptional! I worked construction for over a decade and have not seen a carpenter as good as Chris! Rob the owner was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable in his field and had great vision. I seriously don’t think we could’ve found a better company to build our project. They also beat out other competitive bids and started within the week. We love our new deck and fence. Again we are blown away by the quality and attention to detail."

After a wind storm blew down a fence in our yard in the middle of winter I called them again and not only did they do a stellar job, but took great care to respect our neighbors and cleaned up our side and the neigbor's side of the fence as well. "This install was unique because the work was done on the steep terrace of my backyard already containing two mature shade trees and three evergreen trees, already rooted deeply and all having exposed root networks. The old plantings and/or irrigation was at one time adapted to a french drainage system. Patio Outdoor Solutions designed and created two dry creeks with several landscape boulders and both floral and evergreen plantings to create accent design and drainage with the french drain system already existing. A prominent feature is a curving cement walkway across the lower part of the lawn for owner access to floral plantings along each side of the home."

Even though renovations are stressful the contractor Mr. Harris was supportive and made frequent checkins to make sure the job was done right. I had windows, siding, roof, concrete stoop replaced, garage doors/motors and floors refinished. My house is awesome."

"I couldn't get the stair stringers to work no matter how many videos I watched. I decided I needed help and called Deckescapes. Oseas came out and I explained what I needed done (cut and install four stair stringers from my deck down 6 feet to a concrete slab.) He gave me a great price and we agreed to do the work. He didn't try to oversell me or push to do the extra work on the stairs - that I really wanted to do myself. Once the work was complete he came out to make sure I was satisfied and even gave me a couple hints on how to finish up. I couldn't be more pleased with the work or the price. "I hired this crew to replace some windows in my house that were dated and had some damage. Dan and his team were very mindful as they removed and replaced the old windows not to make a mess or damage anything on the property. I was grateful for this since I have 2 dogs, it's nice not having to worry about a bunch of broken glass from a careless crew. They replaced 5 windows and replaced the siding on the house in those areas. The windows look great inside and out and haven't had any problems with leakage or standing water on the sill. 10/10 would hire again!"
