Oseas came out and I explained what I needed done (cut and install four stair stringers from my deck down 6 feet to a concrete slab.) He gave me a great price and we agreed to do the work. He didn't try to oversell me or push to do the extra work on the stairs - that I really wanted to do myself. "I hired this crew to replace some windows in my house that were dated and had some damage. Dan and his team were very mindful as they removed and replaced the old windows not to make a mess or damage anything on the property. I was grateful for this since I have 2 dogs, it's nice not having to worry about a bunch of broken glass from a careless crew. They replaced 5 windows and replaced the siding on the house in those areas. The windows look great inside and out and haven't had any problems with leakage or standing water on the sill. 10/10 would hire again!"
