"Very quick service with a bid about 40% less than a competitor on porch repair and replacement of a driveway flange. No frills but the subcontractor was attentive to getting the job done and clean up after (which I did appreciate). While the work was done in a day the final price seemed reasonable in light of the fact that I don't have that skill set or tools to make it happen. Overall very pleased with the result."

"Essential Extras had already designed and installed a beautiful deck for us. They used Ipe wood and hidden fasteners as we had asked. The professionalism was amazing and so was the craftmanship. After a wind storm blew down a fence in our yard in the middle of winter I called them again and not only did they do a stellar job, but took great care to respect our neighbors and cleaned up our side and the neigbor's side of the fence as well. "I couldn't get the stair stringers to work no matter how many videos I watched. I decided I needed help and called Deckescapes. Oseas came out and I explained what I needed done (cut and install four stair stringers from my deck down 6 feet to a concrete slab.) He gave me a great price and we agreed to do the work. He didn't try to oversell me or push to do the extra work on the stairs - that I really wanted to do myself. Once the work was complete he came out to make sure I was satisfied and even gave me a couple hints on how to finish up. I couldn't be more pleased with the work or the price. More importantly, my wife is completely satisfied with how the stairs came out once I finished."
