"This company does not provide itemized billing even when the customer requests it. After multiple phone calls no one at the company was able to provide the name of the ceo. Either they do not know the name or its a secret. I was told the plumbing manager would call to review the itemized billing but that never happened. There is something that is deceptive about a company that refuses to provide itemized billing."

His installers were both thoughtful and professional as well as incredibly thorough. They worked fast and through the night to finish so that my family could have working AC upstairs. I did have a slight problem after the installation as my drip pan was filling up with water and cut off the condenser to the other AC unit I didn't have replaced. Dave, the president of the company came out on short notice and resolved the problem with my 20-year-old drip line (which was plugged).
