"Service was great. Chase ( plumbing technician) actually arrived sooner that scheduled. After a quick cleanout of my main sewer line from the cleanout connection to the main line, I requested a video inspection to verify what a previous inspection by another company 5 years previously had shown to be a severely damaged line with tree roots invading the line. Much to my surprise, this inspection showed no evidence of a damaged line and no tree roots were recovered from the rooter machine or shown by the visual inspection. This saved me thousands of dollars that I thought I would have to spend to replace the line due to actions of an unscrupulous plumbing company."

"Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. But this time, Preston poked a long screw driver into the dirt to determine where the line exited the slab, filled and emptied the washing machine to judge how bad the blockage was, THEN ran the snake. Afterwards he re-filled and emptied the washing machine and showed me that the water was flowing freely, and explained that the obstruction was beneath the middle of the house, rather than a tree root in the back yard.
