"It was an amazing experience. They were not the lowest bid and not the highest. We hired them because from the initial meeting you could feel you were working with good people. The install crew were younger guys. And they treated us with a professional experience and respected our house. They worked quick and pointed out things they seen as issues. I hired another contractor that I have been working with to address one of the issues they pointed out. Most likely saving me a ton of issues in the future. I have nothing negative to say and yeah I'm a real customer and appreciate the job they did for us."

"Super impressed by Payless Insulation! I called around to several Houston companies for attic insulation. Some of those companies wanted to up-sell me on the radiant barrier, etc. I did my research and found that the radiant barrier was not the best solution. I have an 1963 built house so it needed alot of help to keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter and not be so drafty. I choose Payless Insulation for their quick customer service, willingness to explain the details, friendliness, professionalism, and most importantly the installation team was polite, clean (they wore clean boots in as to not track in dirt, mud from their shoes), and got the job done in the time allotted. Afterwards (in my next electric bill) my energy savings was a good 40% from the previous month. My house didn't feel drafty anymore!!"

"We contacted Callahan for repairing our bathroom which was in bad shape. Callahan gave a quote for reasonable price and assisted us in picking the correct materials for bathroom and did the work very well. We were quite impressed with him and so when a airconditioning unit stopped working we approached him and he gladly helped us to fix the unit.
