"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

I don't live anywhere near berks county pa. I don't understand why this would happen and I am quite annoyed"

Jim presented a proposal and a plan with great advice , helped me choose fixtures, tile and overall design and helped me stay within my budget. The project was on time and with minimal disruption to my home. Communication was excellent …I always knew what was next, what time they were starting each day , when inspections were happening, etc. My house is 100 years old and gutting the bathroom presented some surprises but didn’t phase JRL Design! Jim even saved and rebuilt the original window and door. Also , because they expanded the bathroom and opened the wall to the next room, that whole room was restored beautifully as well. Steve came out when our fridge died during the summer & we thought we were going to need another fridge or a lot of $ to repair it....Nope! Steve told us it was a simple part replacement, he didn't have it on him at the time, but he went back & got it & came back & fixed our fridge in no time. We had a different fridge issue later, he fixed that quickly & again with minimal fuss or money. He could have charged us a lot more or told us it was a big deal or expensive part. He was honest & charged us a very fair price for the fix. I appreciated that tremendously & have recommended Singletary's multiple times over."
