"Renew crew knocked it out of the park and exceeded expectations! They built a fence and a deck for us. We ran into a couple of unexpected costs when removing the old deck of some rotting wood on the house. They fixed that as well and did not price gouge us at all. They also replaced a window and built a retaining wall that tied into our project perfectly! They were quick, and very efficient, but did not sacrifice quality. Chris, the carpenter is exceptional! I worked construction for over a decade and have not seen a carpenter as good as Chris! Rob the owner was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable in his field and had great vision. I seriously don’t think we could’ve found a better company to build our project. They also beat out other competitive bids and started within the week. We love our new deck and fence. Again we are blown away by the quality and attention to detail."

"Highly recommend 10/10. Josh and his team did a fantastic job building our new pool deck. Our new deck is solid, it is raised and free floating but supported by 13 piers. Every post, joist, decking is properly secured, flush, and square. Most importantly Josh didn't try to upsell us or get us to buy different materials based his own preference, unlike others we got quotes from. He was thorough in keeping me updated when it came to materials and weather issues. He provided options where I didn't have decisions made and asked clarifying questions rather than making assumptions. The look is beautiful with black aluminum handrails and gray composite decking. I expect we can get at least 25 years out of this deck. So happy with how it turned out."

"Essential Extras had already designed and installed a beautiful deck for us. They used Ipe wood and hidden fasteners as we had asked. The professionalism was amazing and so was the craftmanship. After a wind storm blew down a fence in our yard in the middle of winter I called them again and not only did they do a stellar job, but took great care to respect our neighbors and cleaned up our side and the neigbor's side of the fence as well. "I hired this crew to replace some windows in my house that were dated and had some damage. Dan and his team were very mindful as they removed and replaced the old windows not to make a mess or damage anything on the property. I was grateful for this since I have 2 dogs, it's nice not having to worry about a bunch of broken glass from a careless crew. They replaced 5 windows and replaced the siding on the house in those areas. The windows look great inside and out and haven't had any problems with leakage or standing water on the sill. 10/10 would hire again!"
