This project was on time, on budget, and we are thrilled with the results. Mike is very responsive when we had questions, kept us up to date on progress, and was ready with options if a problem would arise. Mike's team found some structural issues in the breezeway remodel that were not apparent before demolition and when he contacted me with the bad news, he already had several options, estimated costs, and had consulted with the city inspector to ensure the options would work. He was on top of things throughout the remodel. Mike is very professional himself, and he has a great group of people working with him. They did a good job keeping the space clean at the end of the day, respecting our living space, and paying attention to quality workmanship. His pricing was comparable to the other contractors that provided bids, but he really put in the up-front work to ensure the project would go smoothly, and it did. Once it was all said and done, I couldn't have been happier with the result and the overall process. I would definitely hire Mike again, and I have already recommended him to several friends for their projects."

"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

"The scheduling and installation went as expected.  Windshield used was better than OEM quality.  Windshield didn't seal on passenger upper corner and leaked into headliner after going through car wash.  Greg attempted mitigation of leak which failed.  Greg agreed to remove, reuse and replace the same windshield no charge in accordance with his warranty.  A lack of Greg's responsiveness resulted in getting the windshield replaced again by a Ford dealership which cost around $500.  Greg reimbursed me for a little more than half the original $300 cost of the windshield as a good faith gesture.  Based on my experience, I would recommend Greg for any vehicle EXCEPT a Ford Edge.
