"Shiroka GC replaced two water heaters in our townhouse at very short notice. They were super professional, explained what was happening and why, easily managed some very difficult access issues and worked super clean. Great job! Would happily recommend to friends and family."

"Water heater died on Thanksgiving Day...Seriously! None of the big name companies were available until "sometime next week" Yikes! Sebastian & Co. were at my door 10 minutes after calling. Assessed that my 22 year old Rheem water heater was ready for pasture. Installed a suitable Rheem replacement within hours. They were efficient, neat, very professional and spent extra time to educate me in proper future maintenance. Good team."

"Water Works and Dan in particular were great. Preventively fixed my leaking faucet, and aesthetically he did a better job than what we had. He also pointed out other potential issues that i had not been aware of. He didnt didnt hard sell via scare tactics, but spoke to me intelligently and was sincerely looking out for our best interest. I will hire them again for future plumbing work. Thanks To homeadvisor.com and water works for their great work. I'm truly thankful."

"Dr. Drip Plumbing team did an amazing job at my mom's house in nanuet where they were able to find a leak in the basement, which was a challenging overall job. They had to jackhammer the flooring in order to find a massive crack in a very old pipe and they were able to replace it while also fixing a leaking toilet. Very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to anybody. Looking for a great experience for the plumber"

"My central air quit during a nasty heat wave and they responded quicklyâ within a few hours a technician arrived that evening, followed shortly by the salesman when I decided to replace instead of repair. The job was scheduled for the very next morning! The installers were on time, friendly and cleaned up the areas. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Interest-free financing was a huge selling point. Very good experience!."

"Seemed really expensive to just have someone come and unclog our dryer exhaust. They also didn't tell us the price beforehand, just got to work and asked for $300 after. I asked if we could do $200 and they agreed. No receipt or paperwork of any kind, it honestly felt a little sketchy because he also had me make out the check to him personally, not the company. I wish I had questioned this more at the time, but it never quite sat right with me.."

"Removed broken water heater and replaced all in the same day we contacted them- very satisfied with the experience Would strongly recommend them"

"I hired RRV for removal of a hot water heater and installation of a new heater. Roberto was professional and gave a reasonable price. He picked up the new heater at Homedepot and took the old one, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Upon completion of the job, Roberto called numerous times to make sure all was well and also came on a Sunday night upon being informed something was wrong. I would recommend this company to anyone."
