"Footprints Floors removed my old worn out carpet and padding and the vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom and replaced it with wood laminate flooring I had chosen. They installed the rounded finished edges and did a superb job around the toilet and the water heater, which has a round overflow pan. The crew was knowledgeable, professional and polite and they cleaned up after themselves as they went. Then took all the trash with them! My condo is small - only 1 bedroom and 1 bath, but they did the entire job in one day. Thank you Footprints for a wonderful job! I feel like I have a new house! "I hired them to convert my new home from carpeting to hardwood floors; about 2000 Sq ft. The price was lowest of all bids, but he did not sacrifice on quality. He also converted two staircases to matching hardwood. His team was always on time, professional and friendly, and they finished ahead of schedule while working around my other contractors. My only complaint has been that some of the gaps between the floor and my wall are wider than my base boards, and had to be filled in. In their defense, I switched to slightly thinner base boards, but I think they should have anticipated that possibility. Overall a great experience at a fair cost, and I will recommend them to my friends and family. Price included them halling away all the construction debris."
