They helped me through the whole process of narrowing down my decision on a door style/opener style. The door I had picked wasn't in stock in the warehouse which is no big deal, but he worked with me and we got a better door than I originally picked out that was in stock. and ready to be delivered, with a better R-Value. They were very prompt in letting me know of any updates, and they were also very professional. They have followed up since finishing the install to make sure everything is still up to par, which everything is working just as it was the day of installation. Overall, 5 stars I would highly recommend them for a garage door installation."

"The initial work was done in a day and it seemed to have gone smoothly, but then after a month the garage door seemed to not work properly. The garage door would hesitate when initially lifting up and the motor was not as quiet. I had them come out a couple of times to double check everything and they said everything was fine. After 6 months it just got worse and worse. I finally called another garage door company and they said that the motor was possibly defective. I called Altas again to have them determine if the motor was defective, but they never returned my calls or came our again. I had the second garage door company come out to look at it and they determined that the motor was not defective, but that it was installed incorrectly."
