He set an appointment to do the work, but knowing a storm was approaching, made time to do repair earlier. That I appreciated too. Also showed concern over walking on old slate and was very careful when the work was done. Work proved to be an excellent fix. "Dave answered the phone the first time I called and arrived right when he said he would for an estimate. He looked at my leaking chimney flashing and gave me a quote to fix the issue right on the spot. He was also honest with me and told me how to repair it myself if I wanted as it wasn't that difficult. I asked for a ballpark estimate to replace the entire roof since it will need to be done within a couple of years and he provided one. I would be happy to do business with Brodowski Home Improvement in the future."

I was told that the job would take one day from start to finish and it only took them a half a day, they sent so many people that it only took half a day and it looks just as good as the day it was built.
