"The job went very well and looked better than I imagined. I had a traditional pressure treated deck that was built 25 years ago. Maintenance was a nightmare to the point I stained the deck a solid color. This needed to be freshened up every couple of years. I tired of doing this chore so I contacted several contractors. Those contacted were not very enthusiastic and submitted extremely high bids without explaining exactly what materials they were using or a plan of attack. Brian of Carls Decking came with samples, brochures and a no nonsense explanation of what needed to be done to put me” in my happy place.” Brian inspected the frame and found it to still be level and in good shape. He suggested a total rip off of the planks and replacement of steps deck boards and railings. He even obtained the railing permit and made sure final inspection was handled. Pricing to do this type of renovation is not cheap but the final result was worth every penny! The crew that Brian sent over did an amazing job! "We can not say enough wonderful things about Homeland Remodeling Group. To start, Dan answered our inquiry the day after we sent it and he showed up when promised. Many contractors would either not respond or promise an estimate and not show. Dan was on time and he provided us with the estimate before he left that same day. While waiting for the siding to arrive, Dan was very responsive, providing updates. Once the material arrived, the crew was very professional and worked efficiently. They would arrive at 8:00 am and leave at 5:00pm. The siding, fascia, soffit and gutters look perfect. Honestly, we could not have asked for anything more.
