Sadly, the project manager got into a car accident on the phone with me and the installation crew cut the fiber optic internet cable to my house and then tried to hide it by tucking it into the siding. On top of that I received conflicting reports of the actual condition of the roof. That is until Tom of Mastercraft Restoration arrived. Tom listened carefully to what I could afford and performed a thorough inspection and worked out a solution that would protect my home and fit my budget. They scheduled my job within days after my HOA approved the color change. Matt and Andrew also worked well as a team on the installation day. They finished the job by 4pm the same day despite raining off and on. The crew was constantly cleaning up after themselves throughout the day, including my gutters. And they gave me a 25 year warranty with a free yearly inspection, so I guess that means they also did a decent job quality wise. So no more shingle flapping and exposed nails."
