"The heater in our rental property, which is currently empty, stopped working and we live in Florida.  It was snowing in Ohio and we needed the heater fixed asap to make sure our pipes didn't burst.  I called Wells and they scheduled someone to go out immediately.  When they technician got there, he called me to tell me what the issue was and the cost of repair, the problem was they didn't have the part in stock and it was going to be several days before they would be able to fix it.  When I explained my concerns regarding the pipes and asked for suggestions, he offered to check and see if their supplier could possibly overnight the part to them.  In the meantime, he turned on all the faucets in the house for us to keep them from freezing.  He was able to get the part overnighted and the heater fixed the next day.  They did a great job and didnt even charge us to have the part overnighted.  GREAT company and extremely reputable.  Will use again in the future!

"I needed some repairs done on a rental property and one of the companies I called was Jents.  He arrived early and was quick about quoting price after a walk-thru and explanation of desired repairs.  A time was agreed upon for starting work and Jent arrived promptly with 2 helpers and loads of tools. The work was all completed in a day. "It went well. They gave me a fair estimate and went above and beyond what I expected. Instead of just replacing the pipe for the spigot he rerouted it some to be more esthetically pleasing. When they turned one of my closets into a desk/workspace he ran a line for an outlet into the closet so we didn’t have to have the cords hanging everywhere or have to bend under the desk to plug something in. They cleaned up after the jobs and it was like they were never there. (Aside from the work being done)"

"This is the second time I have used Plumbing Installers to carry out work in my home, the first was for remodeling. I'm pleased to report their plumbers are as professional and knowledgeable as their remodeling team.
Scott identified my shower valve as being the source of a low flow and replaced it, which totally fixed the problem. They also fitted a new comfort height toilet for me which is much nicer than the builder's spec one and matches the one installed when they remodeled the other bathroom for us. 
They're very friendly and punctual, called before arrival and left the area clean. They removed all their trash and the old toilet and talked me through the work they did.
