"Awesome service! Also received recommendations on how to effectively maintain my garage door. He also repaired my front storm door at no charge. I highly recommend for garage door repairs!"

"Applegate was called by my siding contractor since he unsuccessfully re-attached my garage door after finding a rotting beam above garage door. They looked at it for less than 30 minutes and lubed it and told me nothing could be done since it was old and needed bearings, motor and probably should be replaced. JT from All County came to troubleshoot and in less than 45 minutes had it smoothly running with no noise or vibration! VERY knowledgeable about garage door mechanisms and how they work! Running better than when I moved in 10 years ago!"

"I had an excellent experience! They did a fantastic job installing my new garage door. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient, and the quality of the installation was excellent. Everything looks great and works perfectly. I really appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage door installation!"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"James and his team evaluated my roof, discovered the problem, and fixed it. In addition, he informed me on potential repair locations. I had been attempting to have my roof fixed but had received no response from other contractors. I'm very glad I chose NW Builders, and I recommend them to anybody in need of roof repair."
